When will my order be ready to ship?

 The majority of our items are handmade to order and as such will not be ready ship immediately. Time frames can vary depending on the product and time of year. Our time frames do increase in busy periods such as the lead up to Easter and Christmas and do not include public holidays.

All Clothes Racks, Accessories Stands and Swing Shelves are made to order so will usually require a minimum of 2 - 3 weeks before they are ready to ship. Please contact us if you require be a specific date or to confirm current turn around times.

Speciality finishes (paint with glitter, glitter top, sprinkles and metallic) usually require a minimum of 3 weeks as they need longer drying time . Please contact us if you require be a specific date or to confirm current turn around times.

 

Our jewellery and kits require approx 5 business days before they are ready to ship. Bulk (10 +) lucky dip/party favours please allow 7-10 business days before they are ready to ship.

Personalised Items (Keyrings/Bag dangles, DIY Kits, Baubles etc) require aprox 2 weeks.

Custom jewellery designs require approx 5 business days before they are ready to ship.

Peak times such as the lead up to Christmas (approx Mid/Late October onwards) orders can take longer before they are ready to ship.

If you require your order by a certain date please contact us before ordering to confirm your order will be ready by the required time.

 

 How will my order be shipped?

So we can keep our flat rate shipping prices as low as possible and get orders to our customers as quickly as possible, we use a mixture of courier and Australia Post for our shipping. Larger orders/item such as Clothes Racks, Accessories Stands etc may be shipped via courier.

 

Will I receive a tracking number for my order?

Our standard shipping does include tracking.Your tracking number will be in your email confirming your order has been shipped.

 

If I select express shipping will my order be sent quicker?

Express shipping is only the shipping option. Our standard time frames still apply for all items. 

Can I return an item/s as I know longer require them? 

We do not refund due to change of mind.  Especially as most of our pieces are custom designs or made to order.  

 

 

Can I Pick Up My Order?

You sure can. Just select Local pick up in the shipping options. We are located at Little Mountain (Caloundra) on the Sunshine Coast, QLD.  If you select local pick up by accident even though you live too far away to be able to collect you will need to pay shipping fees via PayPal or direct deposit and have these fees cleared before your order will be shipped.

 

Do you have a shop front?

No, we do not.  At this stage we are an online store only. We do offer local pick up though.

 

Can I add to my order?

Yes you can. When placing your add on order please select "Local Pick Up" for the shipping option.  This will ensure you are not charged twice for shipping. We also ask you to please contact us to confirm your add on order. 

 

I like the pendant on a necklace but want the beads in a different colour. Is this possible?

It sure is.  Each of our designs are made to order so can be made to match any colour scheme you would like. Please contact us to discuss a custom order.

 

Can I order a custom size clothes rack?  

You sure can. Each of our clothes racks, accessories stands, swing shelves and mini clothes racks are made to order so can be made in a custom colour, finish or size.  Please contact us to discuss a custom order.

 

Do you ship to countries outside of Australia?

 Yes we now ship up to 1kg to USA, Canada, UK, Ireland and New Zealand. All international orders are sent via Australia Post and have tracking. Please be aware Bubblegum Royal is not responsible for any custom fees charged by your country. All local fees and taxes must be paid by the buyer and are not included in the shipping price.
